I was under the impression that he had cells from every Z fighter except Trunks.

What confuses me is on most of the DBZ Fan-bases it says cell unlocks the power of full powered SSJ thats why he has that Ultimate Perfect Cell or Super Perfect Cell when he fights Gohan is this true?
