hey guys and girls, does anyone accualy train and workout to be strong lol, like i take martial arts, well i stopped for a few months but im going back and i train at home to, lol does anyone else do this fighting and working out, post pics if you want lol

Niiice. I go to the gym 3 days a week.

I also practise a lot with my band, so I'm very active. I've got an atlethic body because of that.

I play alot of sport, but i jog around my field for about an hour maybe 3 - 5 days a week, with ankle weights! haha, i use weights and hand grips for my arms.

lol nice :cool: i have a bowflex :) does anyoine know were i can buy weighted gloves ??? like small gloves with small weights in them, ther like ankle weights but go on ur hands :)

Hehe, I train. Usually, I'd say weight training, bodybuilding etc., but lately I can't find time to go to gym because of all the studying I have to do, so it's only been healthy diet+stationary bike cardio lately.

I have also been a swimmer for some 5-6 years but I've stopped training that some time ago.

I practise ju jitsu with my girlfriends brother, i don't go to lessons, but i help him, i've also got a home gym,but i don't work out all that often, i do quite a few sports so i'm pretty active, so technically i'm a lazy as hell active person, if that makes sense

I'm supposed to be one of the fastest runners in my PE class. Unfortunately I hardly exercise because our treadmill doesn't really work, and at the moment its winter... and I hate going outside during the cold. I've gotten into fencing though, so I'm hoping that will help me get back up on my feet.

Starting next Monday Im going to start lifting for five days a week, well since tats the five days I have school lol. But on the weekends Ill work out at home. I play Baseball and do Track as well

Lol I start my rocky training soon for soccer. I workout everyday. I lift one day, and do cardio the next day. I normally use ankle weights for jogging, and I pull a tire up this steep hill to work on my speed. My brother makes me do this, but I like the benefits. However, I've stomach issues, which has postponed my workouts. <_<

Ditto on the stomach thing lol.

I play cricket, football and rugby for my local team and play all 3 for my school as well. And play a bit of basketball as well, i used to do Kuk Sool Won, and i used to skate like everyday as well, but dont any more.
