Kid Buu is objectively the most evil - he was the most dangerous, unpredictable, crazy form of all the Buu's because he was PURE evil. Super Buu actually spared Mr.Satan, Kid Buu did not (but Mr.Buu saved him). |

I think cell because he had those games and that just seems like he was trying to teese the z fighters and everything but kid buu was also evil because he was so tough and cocky but cell also went round absorbing all those people, which buu did but no as kid buu i dont think |

Frieza. He is the most evil being I could possibly imagine. Cell was just power hungry and was choosing to follow the instructions Dr. Gero had set for him, and Majin Buu was in most of his forms too dumb to know the difference between good and evil..by the time he'd absorbed Piccolo/Gotenks/Gohan, he had done too much to repent, and, why would he? He had no one to challenge him (in till Vegito that is) Frieza, on the other hand, knew full well the consequences of his actions. He was not stupid, quite the opposite. But still devoted his time to robbing peoples lifes and homes. He had no mercy whatsoever, he toyed with peoples lives and took them away. And all of this for his own amusement or gain. Even after Frieza begged Goku to save him (as many people probably begged Frieza before he snuffed them out), and Goku did the unthinkable, giving him his own energy so that Frieza could live, Frieza STILL chose to use that small bit of energy to hurt others (Goku) rather then walk away and save his own life. Kid Buu may be evil incarnate, but knowing the consequences of the pain you cause and still choosing to hurt others is much, much worse. P.S. nah, I disagree, frieza destroyed thousands of planets and lives, and loved every minute of it, yet kid buu i dont think he killed anyone, |

I actually changed my mind to frieza a while ago, Zant pretty much summed it up for me with this "Kid Buu may be evil incarnate, but knowing the consequences of the pain you cause and still choosing to hurt others is much, much worse" And you're right about frieza loving it, which of course makes it worse. |

Well there's a simple test really. Seeing as Kid Buu wanted to DESTROY the entire Universe and Frieza and Vegeta wanted to just be the most powerful and rule it. Cell, I think he was just intent on being perfect, so I don't know what he was thinking of doing after that  But if you see, even Cell, The Ginyu Force, Dr. Gero, Frieza and Babidi were all routing for Goku to defeat Kid Buu. Now I'm no expert, but I'm assuming that they all would prefer there to be a universe, than have it destroyed, by Buu, who was obviously pure evil. Even Frieza was capable of at least imitating remorse. Kid Buu couldn't do that even if the manual was written by a man named 'I.C. Chocolate.' Sure, there's also a distinction between each Buu, but Majin Buu at least showed compassion for Hercule and his dog. In fact, Kid Buu was defeated with Majin Buu's help. But there is still a toss up between Super Buu and Kid Buu. They seem to be just about as evil, but Super Buu was capable of speech, Kid Buu was simply capable of insane laughter and blowing the crap out of everything. It could also be argued that Super Buu actively devoured people that he turned into chocolate, but there's no way of saying Kid Buu wouldn't have done that, and at least Super Buu would be able to announce that he's hungry. The warning you'd get from Kid Buu wouldn't be able to be distinguished from him saying "I want chocolate." to, "I would like to purchase a small bucket and spade and go on holiday to a small beach hut in Spain." purely because all he does is laugh like a psychopath and acts like one too. |

kid buu over frieza. He blew up the earth just like that, he wasn't even on it for 5 minutes, lol. Then he blew up another 3 planets in a couple of minutes. It was stated in the anime that "in 1 hour, a whole galaxy could be gone". That to me shows how evil he is

To be honest, Kid Buu just doesn't have any control over himself what so ever. He is made of evil, but is he really evil when he doesn't have any real free will? He was created for the purpose of pure destruction, he doesn't have a choice, that's just what he is. He doesen't know right from wrong, but unlike Fat Buu he's incapable of learning anything...he can't become good even if he wanted to. Frieza, on the other hand, is smart, capable and cunning...but still evil. Frieza chooses to be the way he is. He loves causing pain and dominating others and considers himself to be superior in every way to every other life form. Imo, having free will and intelligence and choosing to be evil makes Frieza more evil then Buu, who doesn't have a choice. |
