It just means frieza has more self control in a way, buu was created to kill, thats all he was created for nothing else. freiza i feel is just as evil he just keeps henchman because he needs them, when their useful runs out he won't hesitate to kill them.

Pickles. Posts: 962 Group: Member Member #1,768 Joined: October 1, 2006	Well to me there's a difference between evil and maniacal. Frieza bought and sold planets, and could kill anybody in a second. He was also able to control himself if anything happened and so forth. Kid Buu on the other hand is pretty much like giving some mental guy a machine gun with infinite ammo. Killing people to him is just like an instinct, while for Frieza it's his actual personality. Kid Buu killing a person is like an animal hunting for food for survival. So Frieza gets my vote.
