Definately Cell. He is awesome. In his final form he looks great and definately the more powerful of the two. He is also very clever and able to regenerate etc. Cell saga pwns all. |

Frieza by miles. I can't believe so many people are picking Cell. |

Bet you'll never guess who I picked!! Bias aside, what turns me off of Cell is the fact that his forms are like completely different characters, with drastic changes not only in appearance, but in voice and personality as well. In other words, he is an inconsistent character. Frieza's character seemed more or less consistent throughout his transformations, which is what I believe these kind of transformations should be: a changing of a person's body, but not the person inside it. Also the majority of Cell's power is not his own. He stole it from others. I think that Frieza, at 100%, would at least have a chance against Cell's first form immediately after hatching, before absorbing any humans. |

Cell was my preference. Friezas voice was annoying as. Surprised the Goku spirit bomb didnt destroy him either. |

Cell was only stronger because he had all the data from the Z fighters and villains after that time period. Without that he'd be nothing. |

Frieza, without a doubt - after all, his actions 'gave birth' to SSJ Goku (albeit at the expense of Krillin's life )Also, Cell was genetically created to be the ultimate warrior and was basically just doing what he was 'programmed' to do by Dr Gero; Frieza on the other hand, was just plain evil and wanted control of the entire Universe through his (self-claimed) unrivalled power. I would have to say frieza.because of how ruthless and cold as well as funny as he is.also the way he toyed with vegeta, piccolo, and krillin, and gohan.during the namek saga.the way he killed his own henchmen for running away from trunks, and blowing up planet vegeta while enjoying it. |

Perfect cell is the coolest, He is one of the only bad guys that fights with honor, until he gets completely wooped, then he goes nasty. If anyone watches YU YU Hakusho, Cell is like Toguro. He is the least evil out of all the bad guys, and I thought that he might actually have had a chance of being a good guy? Maybe, cuz all he wants to do is test his powers. |

Frieza, he didn't have to regenerate to stay alive and was just naturally strong unlike Cell, who ran around absorbing humans and androids while relying on his regeneration ability to save him. |

Frieza is a definetly more classic villain then Cell. Cell however, was very likable. Even when he died, I was still disappointed. When Freiza was killed, I was glad he was gone. I also really liked the voice of Cell in his final form. Made him sound intelligent and superior to the others. |

I'm almost split on them, but I actually like Imperfect Cell more than frieza or perfect cell. Imperfect Cell just seemed like this alien from a horror flick or somthing, you just couldn't stop him either. |

I'd have to agree with the Frieza's of this topic so far. Cell, he was good, sure. He didn't have any original moves, it was pretty obvious they were making things up as they went along to keep the series going. What annoyed me most about him though, was that they TOLD you that he needed to absorb the androids. Not really a big deal, but Frieza just said something along the lines of: "Ahaha! You think you can beat me now? Well! I transform again!" Frieza kept watchers/readers wondering what he'd look like next because of the drastic difference in appearence (Mostly between 1st/2nd and 3rd/4th transformations) and then he proceeded to wipe the floors with the Z fighters newly found strength (Nail-Piccolo etc). Frieza made the mistake of underestimating Goku from the start of the fight and refused to acknowledge his strength - which I believe led to his downfall. But with Cell, he was an arse the whole way through, like somebody said above, he was an inconsistent character. He was too over-obsessed about absorbing the androids, when he did, he developed even more of a God-Complex. |
