So although she could start a family later on with Krillin, she couldn't exactly be called a human, more like a cyborg. BTW, UltimateGohan, please try to improve your spelling/grammar - your posts are getting increasingly difficult to read.

She is not a human, and even if she was she wouldn't be the strongest of all humans. And I'm glad she didn't become human, 'cause that would make her age and would also take her illimted energy's device out of her body. She's way better as an android.
