Piccolo suggests that even if the Kids made small increases individually, the resultant fusion would be much stronger. I personally don't believe in a set multiplier for fusion because implications like base Gotenks post RoSaT>SSjin Gotenks pre RoSaT>=SSjin3 Goku just don't work with a set multiplier unless you have the kids getting miraculous increases.
