Yeah pan showed more potential at the end of the buu saga than in GT.

I don't think Pan would be stronger than Bra. If Bra trained hard, she would have been able to go super saiyan as easily as Trunks and Goten did. Pan should be able to go super saiyan though because Goku jr. and Vegeta jr. are 5% saiyan, and they were able to transform.
I don't know about that, Vegeta mentions (to Nappa) that mixing saiyan and human blood creates a powerful hybrid. Meaning a 1/2 saiyan would have more potential than a full blooded saiyan, so we can't really judge their power based on how much saiyan blood they have. Goku Jr and Vegeta Jr were like 1/16 saiyan and they were SJJ when they were around Trunks and Goten's ages.

Very true. They made her a loud-mouth, yet shoved her in that typical "damsel in distress" mold. They could have done a lot more with her. Chi Chi/Videl-like personality with the potential of a saiyan. That would have been cool.
