Are Saiyans immortal?

Mozilla Firefox 5.0 Favourite Manga Yokohama Kaidashi Kikou	Unless killed of course... Almost the entire Saiyan race was destroyed by Freeza, and the others who we know were killed by the Z fighters. They don't seem to age a bit once they reach their adulthood. So are they like elves or something? Can they die of natural cause or at least start aging?

They are all warriors that were born to fight, saiyans are a fighting race. That's why their bodies keep their youth for a long long time just so they can keep doing what they are meant to do, which is fighting. It's like Supreme Kai, you know he has an incredibly long youth, but that doesn't mean he is immortal as you can see on Old Supreme Kai, who had aged a lot and was about to die (not really about to die, I think he said he had more 300 years to live or something like that, but that was a short time for him so... )

For instance, a human would be considered "old" at like 60 years, a Saiyan would be considered old at like 100 or so years and live until like 150.

Goku in Future Trunks' time died of heart disease.

Posts: 145 Group: Member Member #2,875 Joined: November 18, 2007	I don't think they are immortal, they obviously as stated remain in a younger body, although that does not mean they don't age. Also at the end of GT it shows pan as a grandmother, the way it is done to me makes it seem as she is the only one left(other than goku who went with shenron) which indicates that they died naturally. meh i am not sure.
