The one thing you don't get in prision is freedom, I am guessing that prisons have diffrent attitueds towards certain criminals, I mean, if you;ve done somthing minor, you probably won't be as restricted as much as to what you can do. Some people who commit crimes can't help it, because they suffer from somthing which makes them think they need to or some such, they are usually treated for that and recive help, or suppost to. I mean, if you took away every luxuary from someone and their freedom too, you are going to end up with riots in prisons, which would be hard to control, what's the point, but that's a diffrent subject. As for treating people the way they did to there victims, that wouldn't be right, that would brake human rights for one thing. You've taken away the persons freedom, why hurt them too? If they have abused a child, I think they usually have to be kept in cells seperated from other criminals because of prison trouble. Now sticking them in the same block as criminals who frown on abuse of children would cause violance, maybe you would think that's justice on the person who abused the child, but it isn't. An eye for an eye is never right. Tourture is never right. |

The U.S. Constitution defends against cruel and unusual punishment no matter the crime. They deserve execution, that's it. |

Doesn't matter how evil you are, if you kill someone or torture them for their crimes, you are as bad as they are. Which means for true justice, someone would have to do the same to you. Then so forth as an endless loop. |

It's a good job you don't run a country then ![]() I mean, many people wouldn't see toruture as the right thing, a lot of people don't agree with the death sentance, so yeah. Or those I've talked to in the past anyway. |

Regardless, you can't go around torturing criminals because of their crimes, that isn't justice, that's abuse. |

Still doesn't make torture right. If you torture a criminal, you become a criminal yourself, no matter what way you look at it, you are violating the Human Rights act. |

Which is a form of torture. You are putting them through agony, which isn't right regardless to what that person has done. |

If you did that you would make maybe some of the more sound mind think about whether they should do it. I dont know maybe it would just be nice to cut violence outa the world but then this is not a perfect world. |
