Bio Broly was easily the worst movie. I rather enjoyed worlds strongest, tree of might and lord slug. I mean come on how cool was the false super saiyan transformation it kicked major bum, but Goku didnt use it for long enough of course.

Bio Broly for sure. This movie was so bad, it made Broly seam weak and usless unlike first one where he almost killed everyone and even the second one where it took Gohan, Trunk and Goten to beat him. |

Broly Second Coming - Broly? Again? Lol, NO... we all clearly saw Broly blow up at the end of the first movie, the guy was pretty much in two halves with his face cracked. You expect me to believe to believe that he survived that AND managed to find a space craft in the last 2 seconds the planet exploded? Give me a freaking break, not to mention this movie used stock footage from the first Broly movie. Granted it was only for a few scenes, but it still pissed me off. Also the father son Kamehameha, while cool, was just too unbelievable for me to fathom. You're gonna tell me that the dragon balls activated on their own, and brought Goku back to life for like 5 seconds to just fire off a shot a Broly? I'm sorry but the scene really made me cry, and not tears of joy. Lord Slug - I hated Lord Slug, the character... more than anything. That whole Super Namek concept also seemed really half-a**ed, I feel that they could have done much more with it. The movie itself wasn't anything spectacular either, the only thing that mildly entertained me was Goku's "false" Super Saiyan transformation. In fact... the whole movie felt half-a**ed, the whole eternal life/youth thing was done in DeadZone as well as the Frieza saga and even the Saiyan saga to a degree. Tree of Might - More Saiyans? MORE?! Are you kidding me? Also with no back story to boot? I smell the potential of a genius writer here... as much as I hate Broly at least he had a backstory. Turles had nothing, nada, zip, zilch, it annoyed the crap out of me (and yes, I watched this movie way before I watched Broly and I still had the same opinion). The fight scenes were dull, the villains were incredibly shallow, and the core plot made me blow chunks. Return of Cooler - I know you love Cooler, but I have to be honest here.  I really dislike the re-using of villains just for an excuse to make more material, and this is exactly what this movie felt like to me. The way Cooler survived is almost inconceivable, I would have found it more believable if somebody had wished him back with the dragon balls. Also the continuity was way too messed up in the movie for me to just shrug it off. I know that it's not the thing you should be looking for when you watch DBZ movies but this was too much for me to bare. If Dende was guardian, then that means Gohan should have been a Super Saiyan, Mirai Trunks should have been in the movie, and the most important fact of all is that the Saiyans plus Piccolo would have finished their training in the Room of Spirit and Time. That would pretty much put them all eons above Cooler in strength. The whole movie was just silly, I was laughing not even ten minutes into it. Cooler was an awesome villain when he appeared in Movie 5, this movie ruined his image in my opinion. The Big Gete Star plot device was just... O_oEdited by SlyStrife, Dec 3 2009, 05:32 AM.

Yeah ok i agree with a lot here haha. In Tree of might yeah sure there was no explanation as to why Turles was there but come on do you really need a reason to see more saiyans because saiyans Rock so just seeing another saiyan is great and i actually liked the villains especially that guy in the suit, i didn't like the guy that turned into 2 people though. And Lord Slug yeah he sucked but the false super saiyan was so cool and Piccolo and Goku were really cool in this movie. Broly Second coming yes i hated the whole thing how the dragonballs activated themselves and Goku really shouldn't have been allowed to be there, but the fight scenes were great and Broly is just so nuts, lots of funny moments 2. Now last but not least Cooler Returns, yes i admit there was a lot wrong with this movie and it has nothing on movie 5 but i enjoyed watching Goku get his butt handed to him by Cooler and the scene in the big gete star where Goku and Vegeta give out so much energy and the part where Goku breaks free from Coolers grasp were cool. At least Cooler only got re used once unlike poor Broly he seriously got his reputation ruined in Bio Broly

Why do so many people hate "Worlds Strongest"? I thought it was very entertaining Also Bio Broly wasn't that bad. The fighting was actually really well done and fast paced. Krillin and 18 are shown to have good relationship unlike V+B and G+C, Plus they are main characters which is friggin sweet. I think the worst movie was Movie 8. The plot was pretty bad. Broly was a rip off of Super android 13 except he was a silly LSSJ, which in itself doesn't really make much sense. Vegeta seemed extremely out of character here. lt was like his ego and stubborness increased 100 fold, but once the fighting started he bloody cowered away worse then yamcha or krillin. The fighting was also really bland. All it consisted of was dozens of ki blast being hurled around and Broly close lining people through the streets. The thing that really makes this horrible was Broly became basicallly what Super Android 13 was, Untouchable. So once they came around to the end and needed to finish him off, they completely dropped the ball. It was awesome how Goku absorbed the spirit bomb in the previous movie, it was a fresh and somewhat believeable. But here, goku simply takes the remains from his near dead friends and once again punches a hole through his godly opponent. How could he have done this!? it doesn't make sense. Scouters proved way early on that a near dead person literally has no ki left. My favorite movie was Super android 13. Edited by Qwuall, Dec 18 2009, 04:09 AM.

i liked bio broly because some people got some action besides the normal gohan, goku, vegeta. the worst hmmm i would say the first dragon ball movie. it was really boring compared the others |

How come hardly anyone's mentioned Dragonball Evolution? Not the worst Dragonball z film ever but still pretty bad. Has anyone seen the unfinished movie? Can't remember what it's called but the plot is a Tuffle trying to destroy the Earth or something. Features villains from previous movies too. Can't remember how they came back. Think they're robots if my memory serves. Anyway that's the worst. Probably because it's not finished. At least it wasn't when I watched it. |

lols. I haven't watched many moveis, and I would usually only watch some becuase Vegeta was in 'em. It's hard to have opinon, on this. Well, basically, this kind of topic is centered around opinion. Since everyone's given there's, might as well give mine. I played through most of the movies in Dragon Ball games. The hero always won, and I really didn't get to see the fight scenes, since I was playing through them myself. I found it annoying that Super Andriod 13 wouldn't flinch, though. Like a certain Sayian...*coughBrollycough* Anyway, if I had to say "which movie was the worst", it would have to be Bio-Brolly, one I actually saw. Ok, so Brolly's back...again/ *yawn* I kind of expected him as dead the second time around, but, apprentley, he got enough fan service to come back. Joy. And then he ends up in the sun. |

The only two movies that interested me enough to care about are near the bottom (worst) of your list! XD;; I like Dead Zone/Return My Gohan! and Lord Slug top best. The rest of the movies are okay, what I have watched of them, but those two are the only really interesting ones to me, as in, the other ones must have been so boring I don't remember jack about them. Heh. |
