The thing about the DBZ movies is that they really can't fit into a time line at all. It just doesn't go together. But from what I am guessing its after Vegeta blows himself up, and before the Old Kai gives his life up for Goku to come back to life. So there's the proof that it doesnt fit in the story line at all.

Your welcome, and it is hard to put the movies into the time line of DBZ, because then it just won't make sense at all, just like the Return of Cooler, when the heck was that supposed to happen? The way I see it is Goku couldn't control SS in that movie yet like he could after Yadrat. Which means it has to be before or right after the Garlick Junior saga, in which Goku wasn't on earth.

Yeah I like the show, and the movies were good as well, even though they don't fit anywhere lol.

The movie was alright. Gogeta was the best part of the movie. It wasn't my favorite, but it was pretty funny. Movies aren't really part of the original storyline.

But I thought there was one thing to it:

Vegeta came back to life with a Halo still on his head. But his body was restored, like in Fusion Reborn (even though I never saw it). Goku's body must've been given a body too, though.
