Something I've noticed about Next Gen consoles.

Filling the gaps in my memories with wild delusions

As I was heading over to a friends's with my Wii in tow, we started taljing about how every time I go over there I have to few minutes to set everything up. But once they got their own the only thing that I woukd be bringing would be my games and maybe a couple of Wii-motes. And then it hit us: There are no memory cards for these new systems!! All of the gamesaves are inside of the consoles. If I want to play my game at a friend's with my settings and progress, I will still need to lug everything around with me. I can't just carry around a little plastic square in my pocket or in one of the game cases.

Actually, you can only store Miis in the remotes.

And as for those memory cards you speak of, they're actually SD Cards. There are no official memory cards for the Wii, unfortunately.

But I realized that some time ago, and hate it. Memory cards were awesome things.

How much will a SD Card run me?
