Question about the remastered episodes

I watched DBZ pretty hardcore a few years back and then kinda fell out of it. I recently saw the remastered episodes in a store so I bought them and watched them. While watching (especially season 2) I noticed that the picture shakes pretty hardcore, like when characters are standing still. I don't remember seeing this when watching the show on tv, but was it there? Is it just old animation or something? can someone help me out?

This may be one of the issue that came up with the remasteringing. I'll look into it later after I pick up my copy tonite.
