The man who became a soul reaper without having a clue as to what was going on. My favorite female character would have to be Rukia. She's cool, smart, and hot. That equals the perfect female anime character. lol

Though he was short-lived, I kind of liked Luppi too. As for female characters, I wasn't too impressed by the ones in Bleach, but I'll say Soi Fon.
