Why? Because their stories are very similar. They are both from worlds which were destoryed in one way or another, Goku is one of the last of his kind, they both ended up protecting the Earth, and they both stand for justice. So, in this sense, Goku could be considered the Japanese version of Superman, minus the cape. lol I never really thought about it that way, but I guess you are right. He is like Superman.

Google Chrome and Firefox	Goku is a great character. He was a character one could cheer for day in and out. He also reminded me of superman, but with style and humour.

I've loved the prince since the first episode I watched, nearly ten years ago. Anyways, I admit that Goku is the most talented of all the characters in the entire series and he deserves to be the main. He's got the outstanding ability to always come out on top, even when he is outmatched. He *****es me off most of the time though. Stupid Genki Dama every time..
