Kid_Buu As you know Goku said that he could have beat Chibi Buu if he did not fool around in the beginning. Actually, it was stated that Goku was giving his full effort while fighting Chibi Boo, but because he couldn’t reach full power, he couldn’t “obliterate” him. Kid_Buu Also Goku says that Chibi Buu gets stronger as he fights. Dub line I’m guessing? No such line was stated in the manga. And how exactly does one get stronger as he fights anyway? Sure, maybe they don’t lose energy, but gaining it? Kid_Buu with his ability to regenerate faster then the other buu's. This was never stated, either. Anonymous Friend At the same time, though, they impeded on his evil-ness. Super Buu was not able to use his glorious powerful to his delight because he had several of the most kind-hearted individuals inside him. With Gohan, Goten, and the good half of Majin Buu (who himself had the kind-hearted highest of the Supreme Kaios inside him). Not really. Look at Chibi Boo (post-Southern Kaio-shin absorbed). We can all agree that the South Kaio-shin was a good guy, right? Yet after Chibi Boo absorbed him he became stronger than Shin Boo. It was only after absorbing the Great Lord of Lords that Boo suffered a power depression until he became angry. And even though Mr. Boo was now basically all good, he still gave the Boo of Pure Wrath a MASSIVE power up. So much in fact that Piccolo wished to face any other Boo before him. And of course Piccolo along with the boys gave Shin Boo a slight power up. And finally when Shin Boo absorbed Gohan, Goku was so scared that he was thinking of a possible fusion with Mr. Satan. Kid_Buu KibitioKai said so himself that Kid Buu is the strongest and most powerful out of all of the Buus that they have ever faced and that right there shows that he is the most powerful. And that again was an anime line. Boo was stated as the most “dangerous,” because the guy would blow up the very planet under his feet without even thinking about it. He couldn’t be held back.

Anyhow Akira made the anime version so he put the lines in and everything because he could express more in the anime then in the manga. Sorry to say but I think I have a reasonalbe argument that kid buu is the strongest of all the majins. Also if you didn't know Goku did say that he gets stronger because Kidd Buu never pulled out his fulll power in the beginning. You never know how strong he was if he had control of his full power. The stamina also weighs into affect too. I also keep referring to Piccolo's statement about power isn't everything and why do ppl not belive that. It actually comes from how smart you play out the round and kidd buu is like Goku when it comes to fighting. He may act like a idiot but he is just as smart as Goku because of his learning ability and copying some1's ability and all.

You're telling me everything in the Anime is canon, AND Akira Toriyama put it all in there himself? I'm sorry, but you couldn't have been more wrong in that. Mr. Toriyama made the manga and gave a few ideas towards a few filler things. Like SSj4 and Pikkon (I believe). But he most certainly didn't add things to anime because he could "express more". He could express all he wanted to already. Yeah, flipping through the manga I see no such line. And as you said, that line comes from the anime. I'm not trying to be a jerk here, but we must go with the most reliable source "we" have. And since this is an English speaking board, we go by the most reliable thing we all can understand. Chibi Boo doesn't really have a full power so much as a "full effort." Notice how an aura never flares up around him, yet when pushing back the Genki Dama he is sweating and has veins popping up around his head and muscles. Honestly, power is what breaks a fight. That is what matters most when fighting unless the person you're fighting is even in power with you. Then it comes down to who is the smartest in battle. No matter how smart Cyborg Freeza is, he can't beat Perfect Cell. Nor could he beat the Cell before that.

Oh well I don't know much about the canon because I never read any of the manga but you can't just rule out everything that is in the anime either.

Most ppl say thats why kidd buu was killed but it wasn't. With further investigation it was the wish that dende made that killed him hahaha. Technically that is not aloud because somewhere in the show the dragon can't kill anyone and that goes with parunga too and with that wish that was made he indirectly killed kidd buu with the wish. So technically kidd buu should have never lost.

Which, of all forms of Majin Boo, takes the crown as the mightiest of them all? It's definitely Buu with Goten, Trunks, Piccolo, & Gohan absorbed. Chibi Buu was only able to match a Super Saiyan 3. If Vegito faced Chibi Buu, he wouldn've destroyed him with one hit but Super Buu with Gohan absorbed was able to handle himself for a while. Super Buu w/ Gohan absorbed is definitely THE MIGHTIEST MAJIN.

Regeneration (Chibi Boo) Chibi Buu was able to regenerate in a matter of minutes from having only microscopic particles. When SSj2 Vegeta blew a hole through him it took no effort and less than a second to regenerate. Power (Shin Boo) Shin Buu in his base, I would say is WEAKER than Chibi Boo base. But, he absorbed Piccolo, a very smart individual, Goten and Trunks, potential children, and Mystic Gohan, the strongest fighter of the series so far. Speed (Chibi Boo) Chibi Boo seemed very fast. He didn't know teleportation, yet he was able to go from planet to planet to planet in seconds. He's also smaller and more agile. Ruthlessness (Chibi Boo) Chibi Boo blew up Earth the moment he was out, he has no mind, he is solid evil except for one speck of good in him that is called Fat Buu, which only was able to prevent him from hurting Mr. Satan. I'd go on but most of the things goes out to Chibi Boo. If I was Goku (LOL) then I would've gladly fought a different form. Chibi Buu got 4 energy rings around him and then just laughed as he tossed them back at SSj3 Goku. You also have to consider on Earth, Goku as a SSj3 was weaker than on the Kaio planet. The Kaio Planet is sacred and sort of a different "other world" Goku was able to maintain more power.

None of the Boos were stated to have more regenerating speed over the others. Speed should come with power unless your name is Butta, or you're using SSj second/third grade.
