For thousands of years women have not been allowed to be priests even today. They have been fighting hard, but haven't been successful. What do you think? (No sexist comments please, it is yes or no question with facts behind your reasoning) |

Yes sure why not. Let me tell you, I'm Jewish and I've known some great female Rabbis in my time. Yeah the Reform, reconstruionest, and some conservative syangouges allow women to become Rabbis. They normally do just as well as their male counterparts, so I don't see why it should be differant for you guys. |

yeah well every picture you see of jesus has long hair and a beard correct? well if you got the bearded lady from the circus, technically she would symbolise Jesus and therefore be able to be a priest. They need to get their facts straight XD |

That and the fact that men were made from God, but women were made from men according to Genesis. Thus men portray God, a perfect being, yet women portray man, an imperfect being. I think differently, I think the (Cathoic) Church is a sexist, corrupt, and flat out WRONG organization. I feel they're thinking in the past and keeping everyone else behind from what society can really be because they have outdated teachings. I vote yes. |

The fact ahtta women should NOTbe priests is present in many religions, most famously Catholicism. Religions that have women ministers have no place in this debate. |

Of course they should, if they wasn't then that would be discrimination right? Men and Women are all equals, I can't see any problem. The only people with problems are the people that are living in the past. |

Well, women have to go trhough a lot more pain than Men to bring life to this world... Anyways I think they should, Every where I go they say equal for everybody, but I am just not seeing it, so I think they should, definitly, anything we can do(men) women should be able to do it as well |

Women bring life into this world. The only thing men do is spread their seed that is all. Women do everything else when bringing life into this world. Anyway that isn't the debate, I believe women should be priests because God created Men and Women as an image of himself and he didn't just create man as an image of himself, but women as well. |

RLLY? I would say sure why not but I also really don't care about Catholics and the Vatican. Waaay to many rules. I say just get rid of the Catholic rules and let people celebrate the religion any way they want. Oh snap than everyone would be a protestant. |
