Mozilla Firefox Favourite Manga Dragonball/Z/Super, Naruto/Shippuden, One Piece, Hellsing, Death Note	Well, we don't know much about Paragus, except he's the father of a monster. We saw him shoot so much ki in one ball that it lit up and entire castle and killed some slave guy. Paragus was blown away while Goku just slid back when Vegeta SSJ threw a large power ball at Broly. I'm willing to bet Paragus is like 18,000 PL. He was blown back by SSJ Vegeta, meaning he was obviously a lot weaker than Goku and the others, and he was able to put up a decent struggle against a crazed Broly and lived all the years with only a missing eye. However, I'd say Vegeta. But Paragus would probably give him a rough time.

I don't think Paragus has been in many battles in his lifetime, not including calming Broly down. While Vegeta continually destroyed, trained... you know. So I think Paragus wouldn't be that much of a challenge. But still able to at least nail a few hits on vegetable brain. Lolz... vegetable brain.

Even if he is, he's probably in the category that Bardock was in, being a low leveled Saiyan warrior. Vegeta was a super elite, and Paragus was around during Prince Vegeta's time, which means that Vegeta was the strongest Saiyan alive (not including Broly there). So I honestly don't see any possible way Paragus could even phase Vegeta in a fight. Vegeta wins this easily.

Google Chrome and Firefox	I am going to go with Vegeta too because Paragus didn't really show that he could fight. He also let his son do all the work, so he probably didn't train much throughout the years. Wasn't Paragus a low class saiyan as well?
