Atleast 20% of the time when a person is convicted for rape it is either not THAT horrible, incorrect, or done by the mentally retarded. You use a :rolleyes: emoticon at the ruling that cutting off ANY AND ALL rapist's genitals was unconstitutional... If you think it is constitutional you need help. That's no better than saying all the people down at Guantanamo are terrorists and should be tortured for the rest of their life. Really, really think past your Law and Order: SVU view of rape and think about ALL the circumstances.

Google Chrome and Firefox	Rape is not a minor thing. It can cause a lot of mental/psychological damage. Why don't you go ask a few rape victims what they would want done to the person. They would name much horrible things then cutting off someone's genitals. I don't believe a guy should get his genitals cut off if it is something minor, but in the 1920's when a guy fully raped a girl, whereas he tied her down, did his business, slapped her around, and then left. That is the rape I'm talkign about. I'm not talking about sexual assault, that is a different subject. If he was convincted his genitals were cut off. If you think that person should be given a minor punishment for his crime, then you are crazy. Besides why should a guy or woman who finds pleasure in constantly touching kids be allowed to continue that process? Think about it. Don't have a narrow mind.

I was using a serious type of rape to justify my opinion. I don't think you read properly. I wasn't talking about if someone touches another person's boob hence sexual assault, that they should get their genitals cut off, but if they committed something more serious, then why the hell not? If someone constantly assaults young children, CONSTANTLY after seeking help then maybe their sexual drive should be eliminated. Then there will be no problem.

Like 1 thru 5, with 1 being not that serious and 5 being very serious and then we can take about what we should do about them. Someone who goes around feeling up random people on the street can't be considered as dangerous as someone who goes around sticking his penis into random people. And being that the lovely Hotprchichi started the thread, Hotprchichi should be the one to set the standard. I'm only saying this because it really looks like we need some structure here.
