Why people dislike DBZ

Posts: 35 Group: Member Member #1,184 Joined: February 26, 2006	I was talking to anime buff last night and he said the main reason people dislike it is because the fights last for 10 eps..well thats just rbbish. A fight between two colossal beings capable of destroying all humanity would not last mere moments, and there is storylines plugged in around the fight. I hate when people use 'the fights are long' reason..THEY ARE MEANT TO BE, IT MAKES THEM GREAT.

The last 10 episodes are great people usually dont like last 3 episodes cause gohan is a nerd goku is just idiotic with uub thingy etc. Fights are long enough to be uniqe only time i feeled that action is really slow was when goku flew to namek with 7 episodes or so. People usually dislike GT cause it sucks :/

People usually dislike GT cause it sucks :/ yes, i have to admit that when goku was flying to fight frieza he spent way too much time training in that space capsule..could have been done in a few eps, but then they had to get the rest of the story out of the way before goku arived to kick grrr and take names

Posts: 63 Group: Member Member #963 Joined: December 19, 2005	Some people just think that Cartoons (anytype) are for little kids and that your soft (if u know what i mean) they just thinks it makes them look good. when if they actually watched them they would love it. Others just dont like it!

Chrome	maybe some people dont like action based anime? DBZ is primarily action based, and some people like to see a bit more than swinging fists every episode. Or maybe its not the type of fighting they like, and they like big machines fighting instead, or girls using special powers to fight with.

Someone said to me its for little kids, then some guy who i had never met before just stood up and said 'well actually if you had any degree of intelligence you would know that anime is aimed at a adult market.' the guy who said it was for kids went bright red and left the room.
