For a dreamy effect make a copy of the bg and place it above the original bg and set the blending mode to lighten ;-) this might help you dude! Ah i know what you gorgot: You have to do a gaussian Blur at the copied bg layer, use 3-5 px and then set it to lighten, this should work!!! Hope that helps, good luck!
