I’m so tired of being here Suppressed by all my childish fears And if you have to leave I wish that you would just leave Your presence still lingers here And it won’t leave me alone Chi-Chi was sitting in her room with the door closed looking through some old photo albums. She came across a picture of Goku and her on their wedding day. Chi-Chi: (Smiling) That was a good day for us. Chi-Chi then put the photo album back up and lay down on her soft bed. Chi-Chi: Goku, I wish you hadn’t gone and left again. You and your training. These wounds won’t seem to heal This pain is just too real There’s just too much that time cannot erase Chi-Chi: I’m tired of this! I’m tired of worrying myself to death over you! You act like you don’t even love your family. Like you don’t even love me. When you cried I’d wipe away all of you tears When you’d scream I’d fight away all of you fears I held your hand through all of these years But you still have All of me Flashback: --------------- Goku had just caught his heart virus. He looked like he was in so much pain. Chi-Chi was there by his side holding his hand. Chi-Chi: (thinking) Come on Goku, don’t die. We need you. Please fight this thing you can do it. You used to captivate me By your resonating life Now I’m bound by the life you left behind Your face it haunts My once pleasant dreams Your voice it chased away All the sanity in me Goku: Chi-Chi? Chi-Chi woke up. Goku was right in front of her. He still had the same kid like voice, but he was an adult now. Chi-Chi: GOKU! You’re back! Goku: Not exactly Chi…I just came to see you and cheer you up. Chi-Chi: (she backed away from him) What… you mean you not back? Goku: No, this is only a dream. I tried so hard to tell myself that your gone But though you’re still with me I feel alone, all alone Chi-Chi: Well, maybe you should go back (she looked like she was about to cry) I mean if it’s taking time out of your training. (Chi-Chi turned away from him). Goku: Aw Chi…I’m so sorry I hurt you but- Chi-Chi: You’re sorry you hurt me? YOU’RE SORRY YOU HURT ME?! IF YOU WERE SO SORRY, YOU WOULD HAVE NEVER LEFT ALL THOSE TIMES LIKE YOU DID!!!! Goku: Chi-Chi listen- Chi-Chi: NO YOU LISTEN!! I’M SICK OF IT GOKU. SICK!!(tears were streaming down her face now). IT’S LIKE THE ONLY PERSON YOU CARE ABOUT IS YOURSELF!!!! YOU BARELY EVEN KNOW YOUR OWN KIDS THAT WELL!! IT’S ALWAYS ABOUT THE EARTH!! WHAT ABOUT YOUR FAMILY HUH?!! Goku walk toward Chi-Chi and put his hands on her face. Goku: Chi… I hate to see you so unhappy. I’m sorry. I love you so much, you just don’t realize it. There’s one thing I haven’t done in a long time and it’s this. Goku kissed Chi-Chi on the lips, then gave her a long hug. Chi-Chi: I’m sorry I got mad at you Goku. I guess that I just miss you. Goku: Its okay, you got out what you had to say. Believe it or not I miss you guys too. Well I have to go now, take care. Chi-Chi: I will. Chi-Chi then woke up took one last look at that picture and finally left the room.
