Firefox	Well, many of you have been wanting a new banner, so, we're having a contest! Anyone can make a banner, but if it's not good, we won't pick it! Admins will be the only ones to pick a new banner, although what the staff and members say will have a good amount of input. When creating a banner, please remember this: 1. The banner must be Dragonball/Z/GT related 2. The banner must match the color scheme of the forum 3. The banner can't be too big in length or width or else it will stretch the page 4. The banner must be made well.
