ok i have lifted 200lbs like a month ago i could lift more now

;) Are you sure? If you are then you will know what it is in kg, all new wieages have it on.

Just checking, someone isn't convinced, honestly, I don't care, I don't need to know how strong I am in the arms, I don't belive in violance, so it seems all but irrelevent to me.

My strength comes from lifting hay barrels. And working on barbed wire fences.

Mine comes from just hardwork and time i never had musles when i first started weight lifting and what not
