The most I've ever lifted in weights is 20 lbs. HA! take that people who are 14 and say they lift 300 lbs :lol:

Slight muscular distrophy has struck me. So i can only lift 190 comparitive to the 245 that i could lift once a day on the bench press.

muscular deterioration. Means that your muscles are getting weaker from inactivity.

3 times a week is the healthy and normal amount of times you should exersize although exersizing more wont hurt you ( probably ) unless you get injured or over work you self

actually if you over exert yourself, such as do more than your body can handle when you first start an exercise program your setting yourself up for extreme muscle pain, and decreased immune system.

There you go so just dont over work your self i only go to the gym 3 times a week and its working good 4 me
