Superman is suppose to be faster than a locomotive, Goku can do instant transmission. Superman can bend steel, Goku can destroy planets. So, Goku is superior in every way possible.

If Goku Can do it, so could any of the Z fighters. Yamcha would use either his Wolf Fang Fist or Spirit Ball Attack, but that's off topic Goku wins, Super-Man Looses
