If Goku trained at King Kai's for a full year...

Instead of spending only 88 days training at KK's, if Goku had been able to train for a full year, how would he do on Namek? He is able to use up to 4x KK. However, due to him practicing for a year, he is able to use it with only mild energy drain.

Round 1- Monster Zarbon

Round 2- Vegeta (post-Zarbon fight)

Round 3- Recoome

Bonus Round- Recoome, Jeice, and Burter team up on him.

We can only speculate as to how much stronger Goku would get if he'd spent more time on the Kai planet. I believe he would definitely get stronger, but as time would go on, he would progress less and less, due to him getting acclimated to the 10x gravity. But I think it's enough he gets past Vegeta after a hard battle, but loses to Recoome (though he does wounds him even more than Vegeta did). Naturally he gets stomped in the Bonus Round. What do you all think?

I'm getting very angry with you, and for me that is a very bad thing, so watch yourself.

Didn't Goku train with King Kai for 158 days? Granted, 40 of those days were spent trying to catch Bubbles, though that should have helped Goku acclimate to the gravity of the planet.

If we assume the gains scaled linearly, which they most likely don't but for the sake of simplicity, then the amount I think it comes out to would be roughly 13,000. I'm not sure if it's mathematically accurate but that's what I'm going with.

Round 1: Goku could probably have a close fight with Monster Zarbon using just Kaioken x2. There would be a small disadvantage but nothing too serious. If he raises the bar to x3 then he easily decimates his opponent.

Round 2: No close fight can be here under the circumstances. A Kaioken x2 would see Goku fighting a losing battle against Vegeta, at best. Should he use x3, Vegeta is going to be on the defencive all throughout the fight. You might see a situation akin to their fight on Earth. However, without the same strain as before and Vegeta's inability to use Oozaru, Goku would only have to raise the Kaioken up to x4 in order to easily clench victory.

Round 3: Imagine Goku's advantage against Vegeta in the Saiyan arc with Kaioken x3, then apply it to his battle with Recoome, only now the Saiyan is having to go all the way with x4. Could Goku win? Sure, but he's going to have to inflict some decisive blows to keep Recoome down. I think it could happen, though Goku shouldn't drag the fight out for too long.

Bonus Round: Essentially, I think this would be the equivalent of three Super Buus fighting Mystic Gohan at the same time. Individually they can't win, but maybe through attritional warfare they could pull an upset victory. Goku would have to finish them off quickly. The longer this goes on, the more drained he becomes.

Assuming it's indeed 88 days as you day it is, we'll say he'd have roughly 4.5x as long to train. Assuming that the gains he got from training are exponential, we know the following math:

He went from ~400 to ~8000, so a roughly 20x increase. Multiplying that by 4.5x means a 90x increase from training. Since there'd be a point of diminishing returns I'll cut it in half to 45x.
400 x 45 = 18,000
KKx2 = 36,000
KKx3 = 54,000
KKx4 = 72,000
Assuming these numbers are correct or close to it, I see him able to clear the 3 main rounds and potentially the Bonus round. It depends on where you place Jeice and Burter; I've always placed them in low to mid 50 thousands, so it could go either way.

Assuming it's 158 days like Thiln thinks, he has the potential for 2.5x (rounding up) the power gain that he would originally, meaning a 50x incease. I'll once again drop this increase, but not by 50% since he'd be much closer to the point of diminishing returns. We'll say 35x
400 x 30 = 12,000
KKx2 = 24,000
KKx3 = 36,000
KKx4 = 48,000
With this, I see him just barely making it through the main 3 and getting absolutely destroyed in the bonus round.

If Goku's power as much as doubles (which it may well do) he's going to one shot everyone in the bonus round with KKx4.
