Android 19 vs.; If he absorbs S.P. Cell's blast

I like to think that 19 would be destroyed if he attempted to absorb a kid blast from someone as powerful as Super Perfect Cell. However, hypothetically speaking, if he were to fully absorb Cell's Kamehameha (the finishing move he attempted to use against Gohan), how far on this list would that put him up to?

Round 1- SSJ Vegeta (Android Arc)

Round 2- Android 17

Round 3- Android 16

Round 4- Semi-P. Cell

-Each opponent is fully aware of his absorption abilities.

It's been a long time since I watched the Anime, so I'm not sure exactly how strong 19 gets from absorbing energy. He absorbed 2 Kamehameha's from Goku, not to mention draining some of his bodily energy, yet he was still no match for Vegeta. However, due to the large power gap between him and Cell, I think absorbing a big blast like that allows him to stomp Vegeta with ease and win against 17 with high difficulty. He's not getting 16 and get's one-shotted by Semi Cell. What's your opinion?
I'm getting very angry with you, and for me that is a very bad thing, so watch yourself.

While Goku's condition may have been swiftly deteriorating in their fight, it should be noted that #19 was still managing to endure a consistent barrage of attacks without much recoil and return to the fight. Glancing back over the fight, it seems as though #19 was actually capable of following Goku's movements to an extent. It was clear Goku had control of the fight, but he couldn't easily dispense with or react to the android. When the Kamehameha was absorbed, the tables seemed to turn, albeit Goku was still capable of landing attacks, even if they dealt no meaningful damage. I think this indicates #19 was perhaps not as far off from SSJ Goku (sick) as we might think. For one thing, he could perceive and register the movements of his opponent. They were taking the time to seriously avoid blows while giving an earnest attempt at putting the android down. Really, it sounds like #19 could have been anywhere from 20-25% off from Goku. It's enough to make it one-sided while still forcing the dominant fighter to be serious about the whole thing.

All of this in mind, Super Perfect Cell would be dimensions separated from the early Android arc fighters. In fact, I have the gap as almost being one hundred times the strength #19 originally boasted. Does this mean he could defeat everyone on the list? Possibly, at the very least he's going to take down #17 and #16. The only one I'm not certain about is Semi-Perfect Cell.
