Should we take the observations of Vegetto's power into account and apply them to Zamasu since he did fight relatively well in the anime, Anilaza would have no hope of winning. He couldn't have been much that stronger than the blue tier fighters if he was defeated by them, albeit with five of them working in tandem.

1. Base Cabba vs Buu Arc Super Vegetto: Have to side with Vegetto. I believe Base Cabba could have been strong enough to count as an SSJ3 tier fighter. Still, Super Vegetto was clearly greater than Mystic Gohan and Buuhan. It's a gross outmatching of powers here. I doubt Super Saiyan Cabba would have what it takes actually.

2. Piccolo (ToP) vs Super Buu: Somehow Piccolo is only able to garner a "barely sustained" reaction out of Base Goku after unleashing one of his strongest attacks yet Krillin can force the Saiyan to transform during their rooftop battle. It doesn't make sense. We saw Piccolo strangle a newly trained SSJ2 Gohan into submission. Minimally, at that, I could see Piccolo surpassing many of the SSJ3 tier fighters. Is it enough to contend with Super Buu? Possibly, yes. Piccolo did get a reaction out of Mystic Gohan when his ki projectile connected. Afterwards, they proceeded to train even more. Why couldn't Piccolo have at least reached or surpassed Mystic Gohan's level?

3. Roshi (ToP) vs Captain Ginyu: If you ask me, Roshi has done enough to indicate that he's long since eclipsed Ginyu. His Thunder Shock Surprise attack was inflicting discernible pain on Tien and Ganos was thought to be a potential threat to the others at the ToP which Roshi felt obligated to nip in the bud before it got out of hand. Ginyu should pose no issue here outside of his body switch.

4. Tagoma vs Kid Buu: Nothing to truly indicate if Tagoma could have surpassed Kid Buu. Similar to his master, Tagoma endured a direct earnest attack from a Namekian warrior without exhibiting any signs of pain or even discomfort. At the very least, I think he's demonstrated enough to prove that he's SSJ2 tier. Our only semi "feat" from Tagoma comes in the form of a comedic stunt where he resists a headbutt to the groin from SSJ Gotenks without being knocked out or killed. I guess he would have to be SSJ3 tier to achieve a feat like that.

4. SSBE Vegeta(post boost vs Toppo)vs SSJ2 Kefla: Kefla easily wins. Vegeta still wasn't all that much to boast about, in my opinion.

5. Tien (Android Arc) vs Namek 3rd form Freeza: A number of fans would disagree but I have Tien at this as being not too far off from Base Goku during the Android arc. I think enough points to the possibility to make the conclusion. So Freeza wouldn't stand a chance here, in my opinion.

6. SSBE Vegeta(post-rage boost) Kaioken x4 vs Whis: Maybe Vegeta now could challenge Kefla? My estimates are more leveled so there might be some disagreements.

Going with Vegito here. Cabba, scaling off Vegeta, should be strong enough to deal with someone of Super Buu's tier, but Vegito is too much.

Piccolo(ToP) vs Super Buu

Might give it to Piccolo, here.

Roshi(ToP) vs Captain Ginyu

Ginyu should win this, imo. While Roshi's strong, I believe that he still didn't reach Ginyu's level.

Tagoma vs Kid Buu

Tagoma.. Didn't he lose to SSJ Gohan? I see no reason why he would beat Kid Buu.

SSBE Vegeta(post boost vs Toppo)vs SSJ2 Kefla

Going with Kefla, here. We don't know if Toppo is on the level of a fully fledged God(he's a candidate and I assume he isn't even on Sidra's level; not that I have Sidra massively weaker than the other gods), but Kefla is stronger than Jiren when he first powered up and his power was said to "enter the realm of the gods of destruction, maybe even surpass it".

Tien Android Arc vs Namek 3rd form Freeza

I have Tien winning this one, even with the Shin Kikoho forbidden.

SSBE Vegeta(post-rage boost) Kaioken x4 vs Whis

Hmmm, Tough to say. If the 10-15 scale still applies, then Whis is 1.5x Beerus, so Vegeta could win here. But I'm going to go with Whis on this on.

Well considering that Goku in episodes 13/14 was stated to be equal to SSG as a golden SSJ(and implied to have surpassed it) and then Goku and Vegeta surpassed that level in their training with Whis, to say that SSJ Cabba is weaker than SSJ Vegetto is just objectively false. It is indisputable that:

SSJ Vegeta(U6 Arc)~SSJ Cabba>SSJ Goku(post-ritual BoG)~SSG Goku BoG>>>SSJ Vegetto Buu Arc

You forgot to answer the main fight Anilaza vs Merged Zamasu!

My bad.

I'd probably say Zamasu wins. Even though Anilaza gave trouble to the fighters, he only gave trouble to blue tier guys. Zamasu is almost on SSJB Vegito's level, so that's my reasoning.
