Google Chrome Favourite Manga Hokuto no Ken, Berserk, Dragon Ball, Rurouni Kenshin, Attack on Titan, Kuroshitsuji	I don't think it's unreasonable to assume that Freeza's cybernetics could have enhanced his power enough to match Super Saiyan Goku's from Namek. After all, he was on the receiving end of a long grueling thrashing - even if he can't sense power levels, some degree of comprehension of just how powerful Goku had become and how he relatively compared to that standard should have been deduced in Freeza's mind. A hypothetical SSJ Vegeta at this time would come up a bit short of Mecha Freeza. There would be a fight, but the most Vegeta could accomplish is a gradually losing resistance. Now as for Piccolo, since the only standard of precedent we have for the Grand Elder's potential unlocks are Gohan and Krillin, let's just use that. With a preferably more leveled estimate using Krillin's increase, Piccolo is liable to find himself out of place in this battle of titans. You can outfit him with the same potential unlock plus the merger with Kami. It wouldn't be enough to close the gap. I don't even have him matching Freeza at 50%. Cold could dispense with him in a timely fashion before sitting back and enjoying the show that is his son getting some much desired vengeance against the embodiment of paranoia that has ailed him for so long. Now if Vegeta and Piccolo were willing to fight a war of attrition by leading the intergalactic duo into a cat & mouse diversionary ploy then they might have a chance. Keep in mind, Piccolo's strength should be steadily increasing over time due to the unlock - the longer they're able to stave off Freeza and Cold, the stronger Piccolo becomes. I think at his strongest here, he would more or less reach his Android arc standard of power - which is more than enough to handle both father and son at the same time while Vegeta watches.
