Which creature would give them the most trouble? Theses are the five supreme kais that die by buu. Which creature could cost them they life or give them trouble? Frost demons Bojack crew Dr Gero androids Saiyans besides goku and vegeta Humans on earth Namkians Tuffle Ginyu race Would any of these races stop them in they track?

You could make the argument that he was even on the verge of SSJ3 Goku, given that in the anime he performed exceptiionally well vs. Kid Buu and in the manga he evidently was strong enough that Kid Buu deemed him worthy to absorb. He beats the s*** out of the entire list singlehandedly.

Google Chrome Favourite Manga Hokuto no Ken, Berserk, Dragon Ball, Rurouni Kenshin, Attack on Titan, Kuroshitsuji	Ginyu and the Namekians pose the greatest potential hurdle here - the former for obvious reasons while the latter should technically have the Grand Elder and Piccolo to work with. If the Super Namekian is able to get his potential unlocked and maybe fuse with other Namekians, the scales could quickly start to tip in the ningens' favour; this doesn't even take into account the Mafuba which Piccolo knows how to use. I think the Kaioshins are going to be hardpressed into winning. Come to think of it, the "humans" would entail faces such Roshi and Tien. We know that both of them can use the Mafuba. And if the namkians fuse into one bean then the south kai should have a problem with them.
