Nothing interesting about Pocus, the only real feat was his sniper-like energy blast that killed Yamu. Roshi takes this with his variety of attacks and style.

Roshi wins easily at equal levels based on what we've seen of Pui Pui. Flight is Pui Pui's biggest advantage here but it's not enough.

The Z fighters in general are outright monsters in fights with equal power levels if they're not against each other or some innate physically advantage like infinite energy or regeneration.

Have to agree with the others. Nothing Pui Pui showed gave any indication that he was an exceptional fighter. Something tells me that Babidi's standards for induction might have been limited strictly to power. Most of his notable minions didn't show anything to the contrary. Dabura is the closest thing to an exception and I still think him winning against Roshi at equal levels is iffy. Flight and magic would be his greatest assets.

Pui Pui stands no chance. His only claim to fame was his immunity to 10x gravity. If they're fighting on Earth, Roshi has way too many techniques at his disposal to handle Pui Pui easily.

If they're fighting on Pui Pui's home planet however, Roshi would be too overwhelmed by the gravity to manage anything. Of course, even when overwhelmed, he may have the focus to stay in the fight. Regardless, I don't see him winning there.

So it depends. You should have specified.

Anyone else find it weird that roshi cant fly.

Onto topic.
Roshi is one of the most skilled people in Dragonball with alot of tricks up his sleeve.

It's not strange at all.

Flight was originally a technique from the Crane school which turned Roshi off of it.

I think most people arent acknowledging Roshi's levitation at 21st TB @ Goku from falling outta stage

I always felt Roshi could fly. Its just he never bothered using it.

On topic: I think Roshi's got this, provided it takes place on Earth

If it occurs at Pui Pui's home world, I'd say 10X Gravity would considerably wear-down Roshi, but still a regular sized Kamehameha would finish the job

Roshi ftw
