Who is the strongest fighter we have seen in the ToP that each member of U7 can defeat? So basically who is the strongest guy 18 can beat? And Piccolo? Gohan? Etc

Goku
Vegeta
C17
Frieza
Piccolo
18
Tenshinhan
Kuririn
Roshi
Gohan

Goku and Vegeta are a bit more obvious, but what about the rest?

Let's see...

#17: Possibly Dyspo or the U6 Namekian duo; a bit iffy on the latter since it did require Gohan and Piccolo working together in order to defeat them. At first I thought Koichirator might be defeatable, but then I remembered how it took three blue tier fighters in order to defeat him.

Freeza: Take away Dyspo and Freeza should be in the same situation as #17, and Gohan too for that matter.

Piccolo: Some member of Kahsersal's unit like Tupper or Cocotte.

#18: Ribrianne

Tien: Maybe a weaker member of the Trio de Dangers or U9 in general.

Krillin: Believe it or not, I think he could handle two members of Team U9; sort of like how Goku and Vegeta performed without transforming.

Roshi: I don't know - Napapa? Someone whom Base Goku could defeat without any strenuous effort.

Gohan: Similar to Freeza, maybe a bit better of a performance.

Ayyyy like the strenuous line there buddy XD.

Anyway i agree with tou for the most part only real objection i have is Freiza. He is up there with goku and vegeta in blue form. So i dont see him in the situation of 17 and gohan. I have gohan above 17 but not enough to change his position on who he coud beat. I do think he could handle the namekians.

Humans get smashed by Dyspo. Everyone else besides Vegeta and Goku get stomped by Toppo.

How do you have Tien taking on Trio De Danger?

Took SSJ Gohan and Fat Buu to beat them in zen match

Uic Goku = Jiren but Jiren has more raw power, Goku's advantage of instantaneous reactions gives him the win, otherwise UI is just another "power level trumps all" technique.

Ssjbe Vegeta = God Toppo but Toppo's energy of destruction gives him an advantage or Vegeta would not/should not have had to resort to the Final Explosion and exhausted a hefty amount of his power and stamina... especially considering that all he needed was a ring out and not a kill or even a knock out.

17 = mostly survived the heavy hitters through strategy and tactics, plus his infinite stamina and energy allows him to fight at full power in every attack, making him appear stronger, I actually have him below ssj3 Goku. He can take out mastered beserker Kale. I have them around the same level but 17's infinite energy would out last her by far.

Golden Freeza = Toppo or Hit but Hit's timeskip would make it really difficult to take him down but in raw power, I have Freeza stronger than both of them. Same for standard ssjb Goku/Vegeta. kaioken wasn't needed for Toppo, Goku was just showing off after stepping all over Toppo's face in blue.

Piccolo = ssj2 Cabba or ssj2 Caulifla. I don't have these ssj2s actually that close to Goku and Vegeta, I have them the same level as ssj2 Goku/Vegeta at the start of Super. They were being trained by the uni 7 saiyans and humoured in battle, plus Goku was stated to be on very low stamina multiple times when he fought Caulifla the second time. I don't see ssj2 Cabba and Caulifla being above the ssj2 Gohan who fought Piccolo before the tournament, who Piccolo schooled.

18 = same as Piccolo, slightly weaker than him, around the same level as ssj2 Gohan was before reawakening his hidden power but with added infinite energy. Cabba and Caulifla would lose to her.

Tenshinhan = Majora or somebody on the lower tier level but could potentially beat Jiren if he used the Mafuba.

Krillin = Majora

Roshi = Majora but again could use the Mafuba or the 'Sleepy Boy' to take out anyone.

Gohan = Same as 17, mastered beserker Kale but without the infinite energy, however he is always in his base form and uses very little energy to maintain it so can fight very long at full power, plus he's a far better fighter than her.

I'm factoring in Tien's ability to recover from two serious hits from Base Gohan after training; this is the same Saiyan who was giving a tough fight to Goku. By association, Goku appeared to be pressuring Buu, who had eagerly trained himself, during their sparring match and this is long after he improved dramatically from the FT and Champa arcs. I don't recall Gohan making any significant strides during those arcs so he may have just reacquired SSJ2 at best.

One on one, the Trio de Dangers couldn't really handle the Base Saiyans. They needed to rely on collaboration and numbers in order to gain the upperhand. I sort of base my conclusion on that. Maybe the individual brother would have the upperhand, though I think Tien has the techniques needed to compensate for the gap (Shiyoken, Kikoho, ect).
