We don't know if he was alternating efforts against Hit. You are assuming about something that possibly doesn't exist. Fair point about the Belmod thing, but I want to mention that Hit could still get praise without being on Jiren's level. Toppo's praise is a good statement, and the other characters saying Hit is doing f*all doesn't mean he should be blue tier. Goku had the same situation happen to him even when using the genkidama. Characters saying that Hit is going to lose doesn't negate him being an SSJBKKx20 tier character. He just has to be weaker than Jiren to the point he couldn't do anything, and basing on SSJBKKx20 Goku's fight with Jiren, it's very well possible for Hit to be on that level and nothing would contradict those claims. However, he'd need to be a certain level if he's going to get praise from Toppo; something he didn't even do to Kaioken Goku. I disagree. I wasn't saying that Jiren was always on the defensive against Goku, he snuck a couple of hits, but that's about it. Against Hit however, he was the one doing most of the attacking and Hit was on the defensive. It was part of Hit's plan; Have Jiren hit the maximum while Hit minimizes damage and try to memorize his fighting. It's something like this: Goku vs Jiren: Goku - Offensive, Jiren - Defensive Hit vs Jiren: Jiren - Offensive, Hit - Defensive. All in all, This debate wouldn't really end. It's probably the same as Base Saiyans vs Frieza; you can interpret each thing differently. Edited by Notaka**, Jun 14 2018, 11:36 PM.

I question Toppos speed though, both 17 and Final Form Freeza were able to dodge and annoy Toppo when not matching up with him straight up.

Is it likely? No. It hinges on a number of variables, including Toppo's arrogance holding back his fists so that the proper tactics can be executed. As for means of approach, they involve the usage of either Freeza's Tsuibi Kienzan or Hit's Dim Mak - the former tool would require some clever step-by-step strategic manoeuvring that's able to catch their opponent off guard while severing a vital area of the body. Alternatively, the latter could potentially be executed through some misdirectional exploitation as well, but if Hit were to find himself face to face in a confrontation, his best hope would be to go for a full contact interlock while striking at some of the meridial points on Toppo's body. Going for the arterial points could do the trick since Toppo seems to have a noticeable protuberance of his veins on his cranium, implying some kind of respiratory deficiency.

You may have Hit stronger then blue for what ever reason but i honestly dont see him stronger then gohan equal at best i have gohan at 25 so ill take back the 1 and say hit is 25 as well. So he comes out 4x weaker then normal toppp. And 2x weaker then blue. And 40x weaker then god toppo. Mind you im useing all of hits showings not just his jiren fight which cant ne used as solid evidence reasoning every other fight jirn was in. Hit 25 Blue 50 Toppo 100 1000

Hits fight with dyspo and the land mine situation tell me he is above god but weaker then blue.
