Personally, I see Champa taking it after a very hard fight, because he no doubt has some UI mastery, Hakai and Kefla is a brat that doesn't really know how to fight. Beerus:100 Champa:99 Kefla: Around 95 should be good for her.

Jiren is stronger than Belmod who at the very lesat is as strong as Beerus.(Whis thinks he is stronger) 3rd UI Omen Goku was equalstronger than Beerus and Jiren was winning against him. Champa couldn't even see Dyspo's movements and Champa is relative to Beerus when Dyspo is far inferior to Jiren. Really the first two is all the evidence you need. There's nothing contradicting it either.

Blue vegito was said to be maybe stronger than beerus. Which means the gap if there is one isnt bigger than the gap between cg ssj 2 gohan and buu arc ssj2 goku Kefla was not noted to be near that level Thus i see champa winning this

A one on one between 2 people whose strength surpasses that of a God of Destruction's is probably easier to follow than watching 12 people around that level fight. That said, that's from the manga, not the anime, so it's irrelevant to this discussion.
