A destroyer that was stronger than Beerus is what we were given and the destroy is Belmod. Beerus is said to be a bit stronger than Champa. So with all that, your answer is right there. It's speculated that her Super Saiyan form was equivalent to the Spirit Bomb used earlier - presumably this estimation was relegated only to the bomb itself and not the force being emitted behind it by SSJBKKx20 Goku. Should the SEG's established multipliers be taken at their word, it would suggest that she's only twice powerful to that of the bomb which Jiren was casually repelling back at Goku with one hand in an unpowered state.

Champa (and Zeno) couldn't see Dyspo's movements against Hit, while Vados said she "managed to." Guys like Golden Freeza, the Blues, and above are far stronger and faster than base Dyspo.

She stated that she could blow away a universe in one shot, so it's quite obvious where her power is from a narrative standpoint. Champa doesn't stand a chance at beating her. Champa charges up his Destruction Energy like Toppo's final attack against Vegeta and Kefla easily overpowers it and vaporizes him. The 3rd UI Omen was stated to MAY be stronger than Beerus....not the 2nd UI omen being straight up stronger

There's no actual statement on how comparable Belmod is to Beerus aside from an arm wrestling incident. As things stand, I have Beerus at least 3 times stronger than Belmod and I don't believe Jiren's shown force against UI was stronger than his superior. Beerus and Champa are close in power, so I have Champa winning this easily. SSJG Kefla could do something though.
