Google Chrome Favourite Manga Hokuto no Ken, Berserk, Dragon Ball, Rurouni Kenshin, Attack on Titan, Kuroshitsuji	You could give Kefla Super Saiyan 4 and she still loses, in my opinion. It would take SSJG at a minimum for her to defeat Champa, who is comparable to his brother.

Champa wins because of the albeit small power gap, his better fighting experience, hakai and the potara's time limit. SSJ3 Kefla would stomp him though, and probably even Whis/Vados while at it.

The latter two entities are directly stated to be above that of the Gods. We don't have to like it, but statements are all that really matters in Dragonball; if someone is stated to be stronger than someone else, we can only accept it as canon, regardless of the plotholes or inconsistencies.

A destroyer that was stronger than Beerus is what we were given and the destroy is Belmod. Beerus is said to be a bit stronger than Champa. So with all that, your answer is right there.

She stated that she could blow away a universe in one shot, so it's quite obvious where her power is from a narrative standpoint. Champa doesn't stand a chance at beating her. Champa charges up his Destruction Energy like Toppo's final attack against Vegeta and Kefla easily overpowers it and vaporizes him.
