Google Chrome Favourite Manga Hokuto no Ken, Berserk, Dragon Ball, Rurouni Kenshin, Attack on Titan, Kuroshitsuji	Discounting Super's information, I think Goku would dominate Cell easily under these circumstances; he's comparable to #16 at this point in time, in my opinion. Kaioken amplifies that power and turns him into a force that would make for a serious contender in the Buu arc. I daresay he might even take Good Buu.

I think you may have misread the OP. On topiic: I do think that KKx20 Goku would get handled by a "serious" Perfect Cell, but would be able to perhaps replicate his perforrmance as a MSSJ against "warm up" Perfect Cell, if not outright overpower him.

Posts: 450 Group: Member Member #14,296 Joined: March 22, 2018 Gender Male Country United States	Goku loses horribly in both bouts. His base is probably like 100M by this point so he would only be around 2B as KKx20 and that isn't even close to being enough for either iteration of Cell.

However, the Cell that fought against FPSS Goku stomps horribly.
