Posts: 511 Group: Member Member #6,899 Joined: October 23, 2011	Although Cell has Namekian biology, I doubt it's possible he could do Namekian-fusion with Piccolo (even if they could, they wouldn't). Nevertheless the less, if Piccolo at the end of Cell Saga were to fuse into Cell, how far would he get? (This is Super P. Cell). I have him falling somewhere in the middle of the gap between the Fat Buu and Super Buu tiers. He clears Kid Buu and SSJ3 Goku, but gets stomped by SSJ1 Gotenks.

If he gets the boost Piccolo did from Nail, he definitely gets stronger but to an unknown degree. Though given that Nail was sure Piccolo could beat First Form Frieza is he fused with Kami once again, and if we apply Piccolo's boost from Kami then he's getting 3-4x times stronger max. This would place Piccolo's power level around 150,000 - 200,000 if he wants to surpass Frieza. Nail made him jump to around a million so with that boost, Cell should be able to beat SSJ3 Goku. But given that Cell is going to fuse with Piccolo, he's going to get a boost from Piccolo, alongside the other boosts he had. With this kind of boost, I'm sure he could beat at the very least a hypothetical SSJ2 Gotenks.

Google Chrome Favourite Manga Hokuto no Ken, Berserk, Dragon Ball, Rurouni Kenshin, Attack on Titan, Kuroshitsuji	I think he makes it past SSJ Gotenks before training and Base Gotenks from afterwards. From my perspective, it's difficult to see Cell making much headway against SSJ Gotenks (after training) and beyond unless he takes advantage of his biology and technique memory to snatch victory away from the jaws of defeat.

Piccolo is nowhere close to Cell, but he's still pretty powerful (maybe around Imperfect or Semi Perfect Cell due to him training in the ROSAT), that's why I believe it's enough to put him past SSJ3 Goku tier but not enough to put him at Super Buu level.
