He's capable of accessing his full power otherwise, though the extent of said power is up to your discretion (i.e. Is a SSJ2? What is the gap between him and SSJ2 Cell Games Gohan) Naturally this is a bloodlusted contest between the two. For anyone expecting Vegeta simply to stomp, remember that Goku's victory over Paikuhan came primarily due to Instant Transmission, a technique not available to Vegeta. Paikuhan was able to otherwise soundly outpace Goku prior. Paikuhan is dead and Vegeta alive for what it's worth (Paikuhan has greater stamina?) Who takes this? The way he mocked gohan so that he got weaker since cell indicates that he surpassed gohan. Otherwise that line from him " my superiority doesnt change" doesnt make sense

Firefox, Chrome Favourite Manga Dragon Ball, Berserk	SS2 Vegeta would whoop Paikuhan, but SS Vegeta would be in for a serious struggle. Goku is stated to have gotten stronger during the otherworld tournament and he still has a lot of trouble with Paikuhan. SS Vegeta should be close to that Goku. I'll give it to Vegeta 6/10 if he's only using Super Saiyan. If he uses SS2 it's over in seconds.

SSJ Vegeta here could be somewhat stronger than that Goku, but I don't think it's by any big amount. Vegeta would need to pull out all the stops to beat Paikuhan with just Super Saiyan, but he'd stomp effortlessly with Super Saiyan 2.
