SSJ "Mighty Mask" can literally one shot everyone here simultaneously if he wanted. If the kids are allowed SSJ while the rest aren't, there is literally no way he can lose without disqualification and I feel that usage kind of undermines the entire point of having him in the tournament and having SSj in the first place.

Anyways:

1.) Krillin vs Punta
Obviously nothing changes here and Krillin wins.

2.) Kaioshin vs Piccolo
Same thing, the victory goes to Kaioshin, no real need to change it up here.

3.) Videl vs Spopovich
Again, no real reason to change it, Spopovich wins.

4.) Kibito vs Gohan
Kibito's pretty much going to lose and I dare say pretty badly too, Gohan wins.

5.) Mr. Satan vs No. 18
Since this is now a single match with more of the tournament on the line, I feel No. 18 has no need to hold back. Unless she's going to try and coerce Mr. Satan to give her some of his dirty cash, she's going to want to win this tournament...even if such a thing isn't necessarily possible. There's also the fact that No. 18 clearly has no real connections with Mr. Satan. I'm giving No. 18 the win here.

6.) Mighty Mask vs Killer
As we've noted already, Mighty Mask can pretty much win this entire tournament, a jobber isn't going to be a threat.

7.) Yamu vs Jewel
Again, you have a guy with increased power by Babidi and a jobber...Yamu Wins.

8.) Goku vs Vegeta
Goku is not only stronger but is simply an overall better and more skilled fighter too, Goku wins.


QUARTER-FINAL

1.) Krillin vs Shin
Needless to say, Krillin doesn't have a chance here.

2.)Spopovich vs Gohan
Congratulations Gohan...revenge is yours.

3.) Goku vs No. 18
Goku's already the superior one so he easily wins.


4.) Mighty Mask vs Yamu
Mighty Mask Crushes...obviously.


SEMI-FINAL

1.) Shin vs Gohan
Gohan takes Shin to town and frankly, even if you had Piccolo here, he'd still lose.

2.) Goku vs Mighty Mask
If Mighty Mask wasn't allowed to transform, it would certainly lead to Gou's victory but an SSJ Mighty Mask pretty much means his victory. The only way Goku can win is by some kind of disqualification and again, I feel that takes away the whole point.

FINAL

1.) Gohan vs Mighty Mask

So in a surprising twist, the lazy weak Gohan is the one who makes it up to the finals...though this is just by luck of the draw really. Again, if Mighty Mask couldn't use SSj, it would definitely lead to Gohan's victory but if this is going to be SSJ Mighty Mask, there's simply no way Gohan can win without certain requirements.

Overall I think Mighty Mask can easily take the tournament if he's allowed SSJ throughout the tournament. If not, than Goku is ultimately going to be the one to push up to victory.

I feel like the entire point of "Base Saiyans" is that Goku, Vegeta and Gohan can't utilize excess power outside their natural base. Kaioken defeats that entire purpose if you're just going to boost your character up 10-20x for a match. Though one can just as easily argue that even Kaioken isn't enough for Goku to win, not to mention the severe amount of strain on the body.

Mighty Mask only struggled with No. 18 in base, once the kids went SSJ and fired off a pretty casual blast, she absolutely freaked out. It went from trying to beat Mighty Mask to just getting the kids disqualified by ousting them for who they are. But again, I feel a "disqualification" of such things in this fight defeats the entire purpose of of having Mighty Mask in it.

I'm fairly sure that even with a hindering costume or dead weight, nobody is going to be giving SSJ Mighty Mask much trouble if they aren't allowed to transform themselves.

He and the others cannot feel either Kaioshin or Kibito's Ki, so they're left wondering exactly how powerful they are.

^Can't sense ki? Since when? It's their energy that can't be sensed, not the other way around.

Hmm, that's true. In the Goku and his friends return special, she was able to sense Tarble's ki though.
