Its credibility is up in the air, and I don't believe that he's this high. If anything, I have Bardock at that level before his zenkai. Now Nappa was a general, back when Vegeta was still a kid, so his power level would have to be high. I'm thinking around 7000 - 8000, the same as in his fight against Goku. So Nappa wins, both past and present self.

Anyways, there really aren't any reason why they should be considered elite class.

Tora has no reason to be any stronger than your average Saiyan warrior when you look at it.

Tora has no reason to be any stronger than your average Saiyan warrior when you look at it. It was before his Zenkai they said that. After he got rekt by that weird alien. I'd disagree with that, they sounded impressed with his entire crew. Again I don't know how the Japanese version goes, but they talk them up quite a bit and how they're stronger than elites. Bardock alone can't do all of the fighting. Planet Meat was taken all alone without any of Bardock's help.
