You sure they have no chance at all?because in the movies.the humans clearly could kill the xenomorth even though it was hard

Id go as far as to say if you dropped a queen or a xeno that can reproduce into a unsuspecting city the world is dead. Or ar least this side of the world.

Id imagine that scene where the predators were ontop of the pyramid and the thousands of xenos were climbing the thing and they needed to bomb em. That would happen IRL but with a nuke. And thats hoping we got em all.

With advanced weapons, and even then most of the time they don't try to fight the Xenos, they just scare them away.

The city is dead, at best. Your average Xenomorph colony/hive only consists of around 300 members and a queen.

They have been know to make several hives not just one even without a queen. One instance i found nearly a whole planet was taken over by them, like a continent or something. With how many humans there are and how fast they mature id say the Americas would be taken over within a few years at the longest. It would come down to nuking the place they are at before it spreads.

Yes, because queens can communicate with their warriors and workers across the galaxy. But that doesn't mean the hives are next to each other, even if they make more than one, which they obviously do.

Which takes them longer than you'd think. Also... You found a planet of Xenos...?

Exactly.

Which might work for the most part, but I'm pretty sure Xenos, being such weirdly made silicon-based creatures, would be immune to most secondary effects after a nuke gets dropped on them.

The giant hive was just one of alot of big hives i found. I believe that was the largest which took awhile but again i dont think that place had 300+ million things living in such a small area to feast on either to reproduce speaking strictly USA here. Still take some time nonetheless. Then i believe the other or it could be the same one idk was shown in one of the AvP movies kinda. It was called xenomorph prime or something. But i think the two are different not sure. I was just looking to see how big one could get.

I agree when i was looking at hives and hiw big they can get somehow someway they got onto a moon. Id assume similar to are moon then radiation dose not seem to be a problem. But id think the initial explosion and heat would suffice in killing most of them in a city sized hive.

No Xeno colony can get THAT big. The one you saw in the first AVP movie during the flashback with the Predators in mayan times is an accurate representation of a Xenomorph hive's size.

For the record, around 300 is the number set by the (at most) three juvenile yautjas who go into hives to hunt them down. It's one of their tests to become great hunters.

Not sure all of Earth has enough nukes to wipe out all of the Americas. Only one surviving can be problematic.

They never showed the planet in he movies. Its apparently where they were heading to or something. Yah i know about the hunting of xenos to become blooded i believe.

"Aliens versus Predator 2: The Xenomorphs left on LV-1201 set up a Hive in the Engineer ruins that grew in size over the thousands of years that followed. By the time the Weyland-Yutani team discovers the planet, the Hive has encompassed a good portion of the planet's surface. A smaller hive is set up in the Primary Operations Complex, but it is destroyed when Tomiko destroys the Weyland-Yutani complex. The primary Hive survives"

So they can be more then 300. Also there can be several queens on one planet so it technically dose not need to be one giant hive either. Tho that took thousands of years it was still a ruin with little to no life outside xenomorphs. Nothing like the Americas. USA has about 4,000 nukes ready to go so id think there are plenty lol.

Nah going off Prometheus and Alien: Covenant, the Xenos were originally created as weapons by the Engineers.

Going off the AVP comics and games, they come from Xenomorph Prime.

I forgot that over time, in the AVP2 game, they kind of just... overpopulate themselves, like ants, without any actual issues.

The standard number is around 300, like I said. There can be more, sure, but not millions.

Yeah, I misremembered, the ones that can comunicate with other Xenos outside the planet are the true sovereigns of the species, the Queen Mothers.

Technically the planet had been colonized by Engineers, Yautjas and humans...

That'd be suicide however, it'd make nearly the entire northern hemisphere uninhabitable with all that radiation.

Right the new stuff changes things unless im mixing up two AvP things here. But yah xenomorph prime was the first one i was mentioning.

Yah millions is abit much but id say within several hives a few hundred thousand seem to be fine to me. Yah what i read about somethings the gueen mother is supposedly one of the strongest things in the galaxy. Must be a big one lol.

It had said there were other species but the Xenomorphs ruled. But if you say the Engineers and humans were there ill take your word for it.

Right but if need be to keep them away from the other half of the word id say it is a small price to pay.

The problem is that if a handful or even only one survives, the same thing will happen all over again.

They'll end up forcing us to destroy our world.
