Lets say you could transport the entirety of the British armed forces backwards in time. How many of these would you need to conquer 14th century Earth? Active personnel: 153,770 Reserves: 81,850 Royal Navy: 73 ships, 174 aircraft Royal Air Force: 882 operational aircraft British Army: 81,920 Regular; 29,940 Army Reserve Lets say you can transport resources like fuel, ammunition and food back too. Just to avoid the problem of logistics. Because obviously a modern army without fuel would not be able to get very far. |
