Firefox Favourite Manga Dragonball	Below the Premier League they do. I don't agree with top tier leagues having a cap though. Otherwise all the top teams could bid for Messi and Ronaldo every season. A team wouldn't need to be extremely successful in order to achieve the necessary funds. Just good enough to reach the cap.
