What are the social-political-economic situation of both planets in so far as it leads them to war? Who is in charge of the respective armies? Who is allowed to fight? If you're Hindu for example, I imagine Krishna can probably save the day by himself for example, or God can flood their Earth. it's not exactly like the Egyptian gods were able to stop him.

They've developed cyborgs and robots, yet at the same time have Guns that are older than us. Vegapunk is stated to be ahead of OP's technology by 500 years, and if one was to say that One Piece happened around 1522, then Vegapunk's technology would be equivalent to 2022 technology. Anyway if we were to fight against each verse I doubt we'd make it alive. They've got lots of People able to destroy cities running around, people able to sink ships casually and I'm talking about The One Piece verse because I've no idea about the other ones.

We wouldn't be able to beat most of these verses but we could definitely put up a good fight, namely because we don't use any sense-able metaphysical energy attacks. Not many characters would be able to sense nukes or missiles coming for them, so in that respect we'd have a good advantage with sneak attacks, essentially. With regards to One Piece a few Logia types would likely survive nukes and people like Kaido probably could too, even the radiation going by hype. In each fight we'd have to pretty much ruin the planet however. And we're screwed if they fight smart and don't cluster together, we'd have to sacrifice a lot of our own. Actually wait what even are the big three now? I would assume Boruto/Naruto, One Piece and then either Bleach or Dragon Ball but Dragon Ball and Bleach are nowhere near what they used to be. Bleach is more fair I guess.

That tells me less than nothing. The two planets are working together? Why? Is there no reason people wouldn't change sides for example or just outright leave? Or more likely we end up temaing up against whoever the bad guy is, is this a cage match where we can't actually do that much? A war between two worlds what would this even look like? If we're just measuring who has the biggest guns then I'll solve this quickly. Bleach from what I understand can't be even seen by normal people, so they win by default, Naruto as I recall has stuff that drops moons on people, so assuming that there is no character nor any care about what's left or anything of the sort and is just a contest of who has the biggest booms, Naruto wins, One Piece I'm not aware of enough to say. This question gets much more complicated the more you take into account what a conflict would actually look like, if it's a war with invasions and occupations sure, but then you said indestructible planet which tells me you're just looking for what can create the biggest boom. Also it's arguable that any one character from any of these places, short of just being Freeza or such and blowing up the planet would lose in a fight eventually given they have to rest some time and there's hardly that much reason for them to take it seriously until they die. And The Big three do refer to Naruto, One Piece, and Bleach as they dominated the shonen industry for years, Dragon Ball came before that and had no real competition or anyone even doing anything that similar.
