First, Goku and Vegeta, first at each other's throats but now the best of allies. On the other side, Asura and Yasha both in laws that had always had something of an instinct for fighting each other, eventually torn apart from one another due to their philosophies. Only in a moment of reflection did Yasha realize the error of his ways and agreed to help Asura, but not before having fought his in-law several times before-hand, and ending ultimately to save Gaea and his niece. In this battle, speed is equalized as both dragonball and Asura's Wrath ranges the gambit from high to low. Scenario 1: Saiyan Arc Goku and Vegeta vs Asura and Yasha Scenario 2: Freeza arc Goku and Vegeta vs Asura and Yasha Scenario 3: Cell arc Goku and Vegeta vs Asura and Yasha Scenario 4: Boo arc Goku and Vegeta vs Asura and Yasha Scenario 5: BoG Goku (before God) and Vegeta vs Asura and Yasha.

Asura and Yasha defeat both Goku and Vegeta from scenarios 1 to 3 but they lose the rests. Goku and Vegeta, are only core busters during the Saiyan saga. Goku is at least star level by the time he fights Frieza as Super Saiyan and even Vegeta during the Frieza saga scaling from first form Frieza's feat of destroying Planet Vegeta. And Goku and Vegeta are stronger than that by the time the Cell Games saga starts, but they haven't approached solar system level yet. Buu saga Goku and Vegeta are at least a bit over solar system level and Goku is multi solar system+ level due to having Super Saiyan 3 at his disposal. The fight could swing either way here. There's not too much of a difference between BoG saga Goku and Vegeta and Buu saga, so same scenarios really. So Asura and Yasha wins the majority of these battles.
