This is excluding the comics but both alien and alien vs predator feats are allowed. This is also your average xenomorph drone and the protomorph from the newest movie. I go with the Protomorph it seemed much more impressive to me then what the xeno was done. It also seems faster and stronger to me. But my memory on the alien and AvP movies are foggy at best.

They don't possess acid blood either and don't seem anywhere near as intelligent. Bigger and more ferocious, yes, but probably not as heavy. My money's on the Xeno, definitely.
