Apoc only starts having some problems with Ultrons once we get to Ultron-19, before that he smashes the robot to pieces.

As far as cartoons go, MAU Apocalypse's chances aren't that good against any of the animated Ultrons, but X-Men Evolution Apoc is pretty darn strong, and I like his chances.

MCU Ultron VS Fox Apocalypse ends as you'd expect, with Apocalypse crushing Ultron like an insignificant bug.
